The terms and conditions governing bookings, pricing, cancellations, and use of LimoTheory's chauffeur services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LimoTheory website and any chauffeur service booked through our website, phone line, or WhatsApp. By requesting a quote, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
LimoTheory provides professional chauffeur-driven transport across Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, including airport transfers, corporate and executive travel, intercity and hourly charters, event transport, on-demand chauffeur hailing, and group transport via our Sprinter fleet. Vehicle availability is subject to fleet capacity at the time of booking, and we reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle class where the requested model is unavailable.
Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from our team with your assigned vehicle, chauffeur details, and pickup time.
For airport transfers, please provide accurate flight details. We track incoming flights and provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time for airport pickups, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
Prices quoted at the time of booking are fixed unless the trip details change (route, waiting time, additional stops, or vehicle class). Corporate accounts may be billed on agreed invoicing terms; all other bookings are payable at the time of or following service, using the payment methods we make available.
Additional charges may apply for extended waiting time beyond the complimentary allowance, additional stops not agreed at booking, tolls, or parking fees incurred during the trip.
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us directly. Cancellations made with reasonable notice ahead of the scheduled pickup time will not be charged. Late cancellations or no-shows, including failure to be present at the pickup point within the agreed waiting window, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Passengers are expected to treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. LimoTheory reserves the right to refuse or terminate service, without refund, in cases involving abusive behavior toward chauffeurs, damage to the vehicle, or any unlawful conduct during the trip. Passengers are responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused to a vehicle during their booking.
All vehicles in our fleet are operated in accordance with applicable UAE transport and insurance regulations. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure safe and reliable service, LimoTheory's liability for any loss, delay, or damage arising from the use of our services is limited to the extent permitted under UAE law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
LimoTheory shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, road closures, or civil disruption.
All content on the LimoTheory website, including text, graphics, logos, and imagery, is the property of LimoTheory or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
